Palm Beach Animal Care
The county has three programs available for its residents: (1) a low-cost clinic service through their Spay Shuttle, located at their site on Belvedere. For those on public assistance, fees are waived; (2) a new spay/neuter clinic in Pahokee. Surgeries are free to residents living in the western communities ofthe county with nominal charges for required rabies shot and licensing; and (3) a feral cat program.

The HSBC has several programs available for affordable spay/neuter services. In Palm Beach County, they work with a network of vet offices that will provide spay/neuter services for a reduced fee. However if the pet requires services beyond the scope of their arrangement, other costs will be quoted.
