The Pet Vet Cruiser is a state-of–the-art mobile veterinary clinic for pet owners who qualify to have their pets surgically sterilized. This service is available to the residents of the unincorporated areas of Volusia County.The Pet Vet Cruiser will provide animal sterilization at no cost to persons who qualify. There is also a low cost and reduced fee schedule to others who might qualify.
